11th Line Culvert Replacement

While bidding to replace a corrugated steel pip culvert creek crossing along Hwy 89 with precast box culvert and wing walls, Stone Strong dealer, M Con Pipe and Products decided to approach the consulting engineer about using Stone Strong in lieu of the specified waste concrete blocks. 

M Con Pipe and Products was bidding a project for a large span 4.2 m x 3 m precast box culvert and decided to approach the consulting engineer about using Stone Strong in lieu of the specified waste concrete blocks. The objective was to offer a quicker and more attractive alternative for the wing walls on the project. Stone Strong was chosen by the winning bidder for its aesthetics, ease of installation and competitive pricing of "one-stop shopping" for the box culvert and walls. 

M Con was chosen to supply the project and it went smoothly with the consultant and customer very happy with the end results. The 360 sq. ft project came in on time and on budget, with the client likely to influence the use of Stone Strong on future similar projects.
